NDEAM: The Right Talent, Right Now

Observed each October, National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM) is a national campaign that raises awareness about disability employment topics and celebrates the many and varied contributions of America’s workers with disabilities. The theme for 2019 was The Right Talent, Right Now.

NDEAM is led by the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Disability Employment Policy (ODEP), but its true spirit lies in the many observances held at the grassroots level across the nation every year.

Lintons Community Works participants across the state were presented with gifts of appreciation and personalized certificates for
their hard work and dedication.

The presentations took place during onsite celebrations where participants were individually recognized for their many contributions to the workplace.
